TestCard

TestCard is an open source test pattern generator written with SDL and SDL_gfx. It is designed to be used in the repair and calibration of CRT computer monitors. It generates two SMPTE patterns, one with "Emulated 7 IRE", and one with Black set at 3.9%. The PLUGE is the hardest part to emulate on a VGA-type monitor. It also generates some patterns of my own design.

Future releases will include a crosshatch generator to assist with convergence adjustments
